These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the H60 Health mobile application ("App") and the website located at https://h60health.com ("Website"). The platform is operated by L6T Heliworks Pty Ltd (operating as H60 Health).
By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
Description of Services
H60 Health provides a digital platform designed to assist helicopter operators with recording, organising, and analysing engine performance data. Services may include:
- Recording Engine Health Indicator Test (HIT) data
- Monitoring engine performance trends
- Storing operational aircraft data
- Visualising engine performance metrics
- Organising aviation operational records
Some services may be provided free of charge, while others may require a paid subscription. Functionality available may vary depending on the user's subscription plan.
Technical Requirements
To use the H60 Health App, users must have:
- A compatible mobile device
- A supported operating system
- Internet connectivity
Minimum technical requirements may change as the platform evolves.
Account Registration
Users may be required to create an Account to access certain Services. Users agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through their account
H60 Health may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of all operational and aviation data entered into the platform. By using the platform, users grant H60 Health a limited licence to store, process, analyse, and display user-provided data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
H60 Health does not claim ownership of aircraft operational data entered by users.
Aviation Safety and Airworthiness Disclaimer
The H60 Health platform is provided solely as a data recording and analytical support tool. The platform is not certified or approved as:
- An airworthiness determination system
- A maintenance management system
- A flight planning system
- A regulatory compliance system
- An aviation safety system
The platform must not be relied upon as the sole basis for operational, maintenance, or safety decisions. All aircraft maintenance decisions, operational decisions, and airworthiness determinations remain the sole responsibility of the aircraft operator and authorised personnel.
Users must always verify information using approved aircraft maintenance manuals, manufacturer documentation, approved maintenance organisations, and applicable aviation regulations.
Accuracy of Data
All analytics, calculations, and visualisations generated by the platform depend on data entered by users. H60 Health does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data, the completeness of recorded data, or the suitability of generated outputs for operational decisions.
Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before relying on it.
Subscription and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to certain features.

Platform Availability
While we aim to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure outages, software updates, or third-party service disruptions.
H60 Health is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Upload unlawful content
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems
- Interfere with platform operation
- Introduce malicious software
- Misuse the platform in a way that could cause harm
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, graphics, content, and system architecture remain the intellectual property of L6T Heliworks Pty Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without permission.
Algorithm and Analytical Model Protection
The H60 Health platform includes proprietary analytical methods, calculations, and data processing models developed by L6T Heliworks Pty Ltd. These include but are not limited to:
- Engine trend monitoring algorithms
- Performance comparison models
- Temperature delta calculations
- Interpolation logic
- Data normalisation methods
- Analytical visualisation systems
Restrictions
- Reverse engineer the platform or attempt to discover underlying algorithms
- Reproduce analytical methods or replicate calculation models
- Extract analytical outputs to build competing systems
- Use analytical outputs to train, develop, or validate competing analytics software
No Warranty
The H60 Health platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, H60 Health makes no warranties or representations regarding accuracy of calculations, reliability of analytical outputs, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for operational decision-making.
All calculations, including engine performance calculations and trend analysis, are provided for informational purposes only. Users must independently verify all outputs using approved documentation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L6T Heliworks Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any operational decisions made using the platform, aircraft or engine damage, financial loss, loss of operational capability, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time using the Delete Account function within the H60 Health application, or by contacting contact@h60health.com.
Upon Deletion
- Authentication credentials will be permanently removed
- Access to the platform will be revoked
- Personal information associated with the account will be deleted
Certain information may be retained where required for legal obligations, financial record keeping, fraud prevention, or system security. Operational aviation data associated with an organisation account may remain accessible to other authorised users within that organisation.
Termination
H60 Health may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create security risks.
Privacy

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
